Plant Maintenance Support
IPA personnel possess
strong backgrounds in gas/steam turbine operation and steam generation technology; experience which is essential
for effective power plant maintenance.
Field service personnel provide mechanical,
electrical and instrumentation expertise to assist in routine and
emergency maintenance. IPA personnel are
available for short and long-term operations assistance and
maintenance staff augmentation. In addition, IPA will assist in planning all maintenance activities for your
plant's outage.
 Preventive Maintenance Management
An effective maintenance program is the backbone of an
efficient power plant. IPA will assist in the development,
implementation and periodic review and update of your Preventive Maintenance
(PM) Program.
Our experienced maintenance managers and
engineers will develop or assist in
the development of the master equipment / asset list, preventive maintenance
tasks and procedures, and spare parts database, integrated with the existing
maintenance program if applicable. IPA will
also train the maintenance staff and operators in the use of the
maintenance management software and procedures.

experience in the selection and implementation of Computerized Maintenance
Management Software (CMMS) best suited to serve your facility's needs. Examples

Maintenance Standards Compliance Audit
IPA's experienced
audit team will review your maintenance program for compliance with the
California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) General Order No. 167. If
deficiencies are identified, IPA will prepare a corrective plan
for compliance and assist your staff to make the necessary modifications to your
plant's maintenance program.
